A Good Faith Exam (GFE) is required for all new patients, if any significant health changes since your last GFE, or annually for established patients. A one-time fee of $39 will be added to your service when a GFE is needed/completed. Click here if to schedule/complete a Good Faith Exam. The good faith exam takes 3-5 minutes and is completed telehealth (phone or computer) with Guardian Medical Direction.
