My Story

My name is Dolly Arceneaux. I’ve been a nurse for over 20 years.  I’ve worked in a wide variety of areas including Pediatrics, Labor and Delivery, Post Partum, Medical-Surgical, Long Term Care, Home Health, administering Covid antibody infusions, and specialty infusions. 

 

Two years ago I had a difficult time drinking fluid following bariatric surgery.  I was worried I would get dehydrated so I researched online and paid for an infusion service to rehydrate. It was a small price to pay to keep from getting admitted to the hospital.  I didn’t think much of it but fast forward to 2021.

 

I worked at an infusion center giving Covid antibody treatments.  This job entailed one on one time with patients and an insane amount of starting IVs each day.  I grew to love it! I realized starting IVs and talking with people was where I excelled.  I had a knack for making people feel welcome and comfortable in a complete sci-fi movie-like environment. We were head-to-toe in Covid gear every day! 

 

The job ended as Covid declined.  I was sad because I loved it so much and decided I would focus my career on IV infusions hence Revive IV Hydration was found!
